The Brownie Blondie is a Vancouver-based artisan bakery handcrafting premium brownies and blondies — from the gold-leaf-topped OG Brownie to the Brookie, Kunafa chocolate, and matcha blondies — all made in a certified kitchen with locally sourced ingredients. As a brand-new business, they came to DigiiMark with a sharp, founder-led vision: build a direct-to-customer brand, not just another listing on a delivery app.

For a new food business, delivery marketplaces like UberEats and DoorDash are a double-edged sword. They bring orders — but they take a steep commission on every sale, and critically, they keep the customer relationship and data. The Brownie Blondie's founders refused to build their business on rented land; they wanted to own the customer relationship end to end. But they were starting from scratch, with no storefront and no direct-ordering infrastructure.
